Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of prolabtech.net and any services delivered by ProLabTech ("we", "us"), based in Damascus, Syria. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide IT, software, ERP (Odoo), networking, surveillance, and hardware solutions. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are defined in a written quote, statement of work, or purchase order signed by both parties. These documents control if there is any conflict with this page.

2. Quotes & Payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Service engagements typically require an advance payment with the balance due on milestones or delivery.
• Hardware orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• Prices may be stated in USD or SYP. Currency, taxes, and payment method are specified in the quote.

3. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, code, and trademarks — belongs to ProLabTech or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission. Custom code or assets we deliver to a client become the client's property upon final payment, except for our pre-existing libraries and tools, which we retain.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to break, probe, or disrupt our systems.
• Use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without consent.

5. Third-Party Software & Hardware

Some services involve third-party platforms (Odoo, Microsoft, MikroTik, Elite, etc.). Their respective licenses, warranties, and terms apply to those products in addition to this agreement.

6. Warranty & Support

Hardware comes with the manufacturer's warranty, with terms specified at point of sale. Software and integration work include the defect-warranty period stated in the quote — typically 30 to 90 days. Ongoing maintenance is available under a separate service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProLabTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss not caused by gross negligence. Our total liability for any single engagement will not exceed the fees you paid us for that engagement during the three months preceding the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Mutual NDAs are signed on request.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement for material breach not cured within 14 days of written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Damascus, unless a written agreement specifies arbitration.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
