What is Prolo?

We train it on your products, prices and customer questions, so it answers naturally, takes orders and bookings, and hands the conversation to your team when needed.
How much does Prolo cost?

Which platforms does Prolo work on?
WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and Telegram. Starter covers two platforms of your choice; Pro and Business cover all four and also reply to Facebook and Instagram post comments and move them to DM.
Does Prolo understand Arabic dialects and voice notes?
Yes. It understands Gulf, Levantine (Syrian, Lebanese, Jordanian), Egyptian and Modern Standard Arabic as well as English and other languages, and replies in the customer's language and the tone you choose. On Pro and Business it also understands voice notes and replies to them in text.
Does Prolo use the official WhatsApp Business API?
Outside Syria we connect Prolo through the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger and Instagram APIs and the Telegram API. In Syria, where Meta's API may not be available for a local business or number, ProLabTech uses its own in-house WhatsApp integration.
How does the free trial work?
Fill in the trial form or message us on WhatsApp. We set Prolo up on your page or number, usually within 48 hours, and it runs free for 7 days with no upfront payment. If you like it, pick a plan; if not, we switch it off with no obligation.
What happens when the assistant doesn't know the answer?
Prolo does not invent information that isn't in your business data. When it is asked something it doesn't know, or the customer asks for a person, it hands the chat to your team, sends you an alert and tells the customer a team member will follow up.
Can Prolo take orders and bookings?
Yes. On Pro it collects order or booking details (item, quantity, name, address, time), logs them to Google Sheets and notifies you. On Business we connect it directly to Odoo, your POS or your own system.
What if I go over my monthly reply limit?
The assistant does not stop suddenly. We alert you as you approach the limit, and you can upgrade or add extra replies at $6.25 per 1,000.
How is Prolo different from ordinary auto-reply AI assistants?
Ordinary AI assistants reply with fixed button menus or keywords and break as soon as a customer writes in their own words. Prolo uses AI, so it understands the question however it is phrased, in any dialect or even as a voice note, answers from your real business data and carries the conversation through to the order.
Is my customers' data safe?
Yes. Conversations are encrypted in transit and stored on ProLabTech servers, access is limited to your team by role, and we never use or share your customers' data for any other purpose.
